Carroll County’s cost of living is just 76.7% of the national average and the median home price is only $122,300!

Gallatin County’s cost of living is just 85.6% of the national average and the median home price is only $123,474!

Henry County’s cost of living is just 86.9% of the national average and the median home price is only $239,900.

Oldham County’s savings come from the healthcare sector where families spend just 84.8% of the national average to receive care. Utilities are also more affordable, costing 94.4% of the national average.

Owen County’s cost of living is just 80.2% of the national average and the median home price is only $111,371!
